Julius Elijah Bryant II

Bishop Julius Elijah Bryant II, age 78, passed away on Sunday, April 11, 2021. He was born on September 27, 1942, to Julius and Martha Bryant who preceded him in death. He will forever be remembered as a beloved husband, father, grandfather and friend. He was a founding member and Chief Apostle of Elijah Bryant Ministries and will be remembered for his service to the community. He was a man full of Faith, and had the ability to speak life and truth with eloquence, humility, and humor. Although he was a devout Christian, he did not hesitate to share his testimony of overcoming a fast life "in the world" and he was able to connect with just about anyone because of the heartfelt, candid way in which he shared his life story. He loved the LA Lakers, Dallas Cowboys, designer suits, and alligator shoes. If you knew him, you loved him. He was a character in the very best of ways. He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Diann Bryant; children: Chiquita (Lonnie) Bennett; Angel (Kerven) Montfort, Marthena Bryant and Julius (Janelle) Bryant, III; grandchildren: Mercedes Lampley, Lonique Bennett, Lonnie Bennett III, Ny'Asia James, Diana Montfort, Maya Montfort, Christian Montfort, Jaelavee Bryant, Ava Montfort, and a host of other relatives and friends including Bethine Young, Tyrone Hodges (Godson), Latrella Flucas Smith, Felisa McGee, and Geneva Young.
