Change or Removal of Memorial Request

Keeper works hard wherever possible to ensure that the content shared on its Platform is respectful and accurate, and that its Users adhere to our Terms and Conditions of Use. That being said, we understand that conflict sometimes arises relating to the content of a Memorial, and we do our best to resolve these issues in a responsive manner. The information that we have asked for below allows us to act quickly and responsibly in addressing these requests.

Above all, we try to encourage parties to resolve disputes around Memorials amongst themselves and will respond to requests with this in mind. In all cases we reserve for ourselves the sole right to determine whether or how to resolve any dispute, conflict or complaint, with or without factual or other investigation, including the right to remove a Memorial entirely.
