Virginia Ruth Harris, 71, of Parkersburg passed away on January 6, 2018. Virginia was born to William Spencer Harris and Olive Virginia Purcell on August 4, 1946.  Virginia is survived by several family members including her son Thomas Mabry.   Services will be determined at a later date.
