Timothy Brinning

Timothy Brinning, 54, passed away on July 30, 2025, in Lansing, MI. Born on August 1, 1970, Timothy spent his formative years in Clinton Twp, MI, graduating from Calvary Christian High School in Roseville, MI.

Timothy dedicated many years to Johnson Controls, where he worked on the assembly line before transitioning to a role as a Security Officer.

A lover of classic television and films, Timothy found great joy in watching old MASH reruns and was a fan of many horror movies. His enthusiasm for Halloween was unmatched; each year, he could be found celebrating in his iconic Michael Meyers costume, much to the delight of his family and friends.

Timothy is survived by his father, Larry Brinning; sisters, Lisa (Ed) Tomlin and Kaylyn Walker; nieces, Mary (Avery) Petersen, Paige Hickcox, and Haley Hickcox; great-niece, Skylar Petersen; nephews, Lucas Walker and Landen Walker; and cousins, Brandon (Christina) LaCroix and Shannon (Chris) Fant. He was preceded in death by his mother, Sandra Brinning, and his beloved cat, Mittens.
