I am so shocked to hear the news.After a long time I was connected with Susamay Dutta Da on face book and had a long chat. We acted together in a drama in Lagos. We had a long chat about that and shared our feelings. He wanted to act again with me . after 13th May I became very busy due to some responsibilities and could not contact him. all on a sudden this news gave me so much pain that I can not explain.I pray to God he must remain happy where he is now.

It is a shocking news to all of us who knows Susamay da since 1969 or earlier from our collage days. It was a nice college days experience ( I joined CTTS in 1969). My association was a little closer as we were DP means we were travelling to gather by 9-08 Serampore local. His knowledge in Textile chemistry and dyeing brought me still closer ( as I was not very friendly with textile dyeing and printing) . I also happened to meet him many times during his Bangladesh assignments and then at Lord's more very close to both our residences. However man is mortal and we have to accept such loss with our prayer for his Nobel soul to rest in peace. I also pray for Suman to get enough strength to overcome this great loss.

I knew uncle from my very childhood. He was a very kind, jovial, funloving and studios person. He was very sociable and had many friends. Just days before his death uncle contacted us and we talked about old times in Lagos. He was very sad about my dad's death in 2003. Uncle we will miss you so much but you will always remain in our hearts.R.I.P
