Stanlen Thomas

After 73 years on this earth, Stanlen Thomas left for his heavenly reward on December 31, 2021. Stan was born on a ranch in Colorado, and learned to break and train horses as a youngster. He left home as a teenager and went to Los Angeles, where he learned to sail and work on boats. Eventually, he operated a commercial tow service out of King Harbor in L. A. Later he moved to Arizona where he met his wife, Jeanne. They were married for almost 30 years. Both of them loved rock hounding, and taking in stray animals. Stan's loyal Boxer dog, Baby, survives him, as does Jeanne. There will be no services. Any donations can be made to the Mid Ohio Valley Humane Society.
