Roger Lee Bailey

Roger L. Bailey (age 63) departed this life on January 7, 2021. Roger was the son of Melvin W. Bailey and Opal Blanche Wherry. He was born on Creel Street, St. Marys, WV. Roger is survived by his sister and main caregiver, Donna Richardson, brother, Darrell Bailey, nephew, Matt Richardson, niece, Kim Richardson, caregiver, Melody Campbell, and longtime friend, Carol Hysell. Roger was born with cerebral palsy, but was blessed with many talents. In his earlier years, he ran a small engine repair shop at his home, He was a self-taught carpenter, computer whiz, and could draw and paint with the best of artists. Roger will always be remembered for his loyalty, kindness, and love for his family and friends.
