In Loving Memory of Richard “Richie” Patrick Winfield Richie Winfield, a man of humor, kindness, and creativity, has left us, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and artistic beauty. Richie, who passed away on October 22, 2023, was a cherished son, brother, father, and friend. He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Richie was born on November 28, 1978 to Judith “Judy” and Robert “Bob” Winfield as he brought joy and warmth to the world from the very beginning. His artistic talents blossomed from a young age, and throughout his life, he delighted all with his imaginative creations. He had a remarkable way of seeing beauty in the world, turning ordinary moments into extraordinary works of art. Whether it was painting, sketching, or wood working, Richie's talents knew no bounds. Another one of Richie's many gifts was his ability to create a warm and inviting atmosphere, especially in the kitchen. His culinary ability brought his family and friends together, where long-lasting memories were made.

Richie was not only an incredible artist and chef, but he was also a devoted father. He leaves behind his loving children, Austyn, Cameron, and Rhelyn Winfield. Richie's love and guidance will remain with his children as they carry his legacy of kindness, creativity, and laughter forward into the world. In addition to his parents, Richie is survived by his sisters and brother Sonja Garringer, Erika McCormick and Robert (Robb) Winfield. Their bonds were not just of blood but shared life experiences, laughter and the creative spirit that runs in the Winfield family. Richie created memories with his children and siblings that will forever hold a special place in their hearts. He had a special way of making people laugh, bringing joy to any room he entered, and making those around him truly feel that they were deeply loved and cared for.

Richie's kindness and caring nature were felt by everyone he encountered, and his friendships were cherished by many. In celebrating Richie's life, we remember the joy he brought to our lives, the delicious meals we shared, the art he created, and the love he gave to his children. Richie was a man who made the world a better place by simply being in it.

Though he is no longer with us, his spirit and memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. A memorial service will be held on November 25, 2023 to celebrate Richie's life and share stories of the wonderful man he was. Rest in peace, Richie. Your light will continue to shine through the lives you touched, and your memory will forever be cherished.
