My sincere Condolences to Linda and Family of Peggy Goatley. John 14:1-3 "Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also." -- I lived in the same neighborhood as Peggy. I got to know her later in life. She was a very sweet and caring person. Whenever we would talk, she would always ask me if there was anything that she could go to God in prayer for me. She was truly a woman of God. Her Faith was amazing. I pray that the Love of God touch your hearts and keep you in His perfect Peace. Amen.

My heart hurts because yours does as I pray for the family of Peggy Goatley. She was a very close and dear friend of mine for years and I will miss her beautiful smile. During this difficult time of bereavement, I am reminded by her strong faith in God and came across this scripture today... "He that endureth unto the end, the same shall be saved." - Mathew 24:13. Peggy was blessed for 97 years and now she is save and with the lord. I will hold my love for her forever in my heart from the Alpha to the Omega. We love you Peggy, your neighbors at 264 Dogwood. The Cowans Family, Jesse, Millicent and Casper.

So sorry for you and your family. There is no time that is good to lose a loved one, but the holidays are the worst. But remember when these holidays come again she will almost be remembered for the kind loving person she was and will always be in your heart. I will be out of town and unable to attend service but my thoughts and prayers will be with you. Love Donna ONeil

I have known Peggy since 1970. She has been such a BIG part of my life ever since. She was kind, loving and compassionate, but above all, she was a prayer warrior. I am who I am today because of her prayers (and Jessica's). She could be very funny at times!!! Her humor was wonderful and refreshing. I will miss her and forever she will remain a part of my heart....
