Martha Faler

It is with great sadness, we are announcing the passing of our beloved mother, Martha Newell Faler. Martha was born in Jasper, Arkansas on November 23, 1936 and went peacefully to be with the Lord in Moreno Valley, California on October 11, 2021. Our mother had a beautiful soul.  She was always a wonderful servant of the Lord, selflessly wanting to help and love someone in need. Majority of her life she lived in southern California. She was a wife of 54 years, mother of 65 years and foster parent for 18 years. She loved being the President of her prayer group PrayersCon.com, traveling, laughing, shopping, volunteering at churches, sending care packages, crafting, gardening and an avid reader of books. Her final few years of life, she was cared for by her son Kevin & his wife, Kathi Faler their family. Martha fiercely loved all of her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, extended family, friends and foster children. Martha was predeceased in death by her beloved parents, Homer & Floy Newell, brother Homer Newell, sisters: Ann Darter, Betty Lancaster, Barbara Belbeck. Also her son Gregory Roberts and stepdaughter Kimberly Faler. Martha is survived by her husband Jerome Faler, brother Bill Newell, her children: Verna Blackard former soulmate to Gregory Roberts, Debbie Myers, stepson Jay & his wife Tammy Shibuya, Kevin & his wife Kathi Faler, David & his wife Debbie Faler, Stacy & her husband Christopher Gladd, Bethany Faler, Benjamin & his wife Jennifer Faler, 21 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and many extended family & friends that called her Mom. Favorite Scripture - Proverbs 3: 5 & 6: Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. Celebration of life will be located at Ontario Senior Center 225 E B St, Ontario, CA 91764, November 20, 2021 from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
