I am so sorry for my uncle Paul, and for my cousins. I remember meeting aunt Kay when she and Clifford Paul were married. Such a wonderful lady. A favorite memory was seeing her and Cliff dancing up a storm like teenagers at a wedding reception for one of their kids - I think they paid the price for that the next morning! Rest easy, Aunt Kay.

Oh … I am so sorry! My heart is broken! She was a very giving and caring mentor from the day I was hired to the end of my career. Victor, the dog she and Natalie Jane rescued is still my loving companion after 16 years. Special lady! I have many lovely memories of our friendship from trips to Helvetia to Charleston and many bird ornaments she bought me every year for my tree.

I will never forget the day I asked Kay if she knew what size ring Natalie wore because I wanted to ask her to marry me. She instantly lit up with a big smile and told me she would find out. Hours later, she was at the dining room table having Natalie try on her rings. She found the one that fit the best and gave it to me so I could go to the jewelry store and have it sized. I love you so much Kay.

I am still having a hard time coming to grips with loosing my big sister. Kay was the best sister one could ever have. She put up with Mom and Dad sending me along with her to “ chaperone “ during her early teenage years. I am sure she wasn’t happy about her little sister tagging along but she never said anything. I love you Kay and one day we will be united again.
