It is with profound sadness we announce the sudden passing of our mother Lisa Weston, our loving and devoted mother and friend to all whose lives she touched, on May 3 2021. She was a dedicated mother to her daughter Nicole and son Ian whom she was so proud of. You could always find Lisa singing tunes, making food for those she loved, working hard and always cheering you on. Her heart was so big with love and she bragged about her kids every chance she could. Most of all she loved her family and instilled in them strong values and resiliency. Gone way too soon, and forever in our hearts She is the beloved mother of Nicole, (Brandon) and Ian, proud nanny of Hannah. Survived by her partner Steve, both brothers Larry, (Kim) and Rob. Loved ones Clifford, Ron, Kim, nieces, nephews cousins and friends. Predeceased by her devoted mother Donna Fitkin, brother Jamie. A ceremony for Lisa will be held for immediate family only on May 10th at 12pm. With a celebration of life to follow in August. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Rose of Sharon Services for Young Mothers are welcome. Please share your memories and love for Lisa for her family to read.

I am truly heartbroken upon receiving this news of lisa’s passing. I had the privilege of getting to not only work with Lisa, but getting to know her and her mother as well. These ladies were truly one of a kind as you all know. They would do anything for anyone and made such an impact on us all. To her family, and friends my heart aches for all of you, as with her passing i know there will forever be a missing piece in our lives. Until we meet again my friend, I will think of all the laughs we have shared and try to find some pictures of the chaos we had cased ❤️

Lisa, You will forever have a spot in my heart. Always have and always will. Although we became distant throughout the years, I've thought about you quite often. You've taught me about the struggles in life and the happiness that was ahead. I was always there to support you through thick and thin. High water and low water. I answered every phone call no matter what day or time - I knew you would have done the same for me. Your children are super heroes spreading love and guidance to those in need; they learned that from you. You're in a better place now, you can finally rest and your soul can be wild and free; just how you've always wanted it to be. I will miss you dearly. Love always, Kath. Also the WHOLE Amica crew. While I never had the opportunity to meet Lisa I know her daughter, Nicole, and that tells me everything about how magical Lisa must have been. Nicole is the most special human and I know she loved and valued the relationship with her Mother so very much. My heart breaks for you Nicole, and Brandon and Hannah, and I'm sending you so much love and light during this nightmare.
