Larry was an amazing man! So full of life and great personality. Everyone who new him, loved him. We met at Golds gym 10-15 years ago. Which is now called Vasa. Me and my husband had many conversations over the years with him. He would ride the bike and read his Kindle, though I not sure how much reading he actually got done. I always loved our conversation, he was a sharp man always remembered names and information we shared. Always would ask how my son in college was doing or how my grandkids were or want to see pictures and he would share stories of his family. I'm going to miss my dear friend.I know he was having a hard time this past year not being able to come to the gym. One of my favorite things he did for me was surprise me every year on my birthday and play me the happy Birthday tune on one of his many instruments. I don't think his missed a birthday since we became friends. We both had November birthdays the 5 and the 8 scorpios. It was a highlight for me.We are all going to miss this wonderful, kind, loving man who became a friend to everyone.

I met Larry when I was 8 years old. It was my first Accordio-Rama at Highland High School. We were assembled on stage, behind the curtain, waiting to play. Larry came over to check that we were all ready to go and he walked up to me, smiled and pinched my cheek!😊 43 years later Larry played the Wedding March at my wedding. I am so grateful to have had Larry in my life. He was not just my teacher but a wonderful friend and a good person who always wanted to help those he came in contact with. He will be missed but not forgotten.
