Joseph L. McDaniel

Joseph L McDaniel, 75, died peacefully in Apple Valley, MN on November 23, 2021. Joe was born in Paris, IL on October 20, 1946 to Roger and Marcella McDaniel. He attended Paris High School and the University of Alabama to play basketball. He shared his love of music, sports, and a quick wit with his three sons, Chris (1971), Reid (1976), and Robin (1976). In January of 2020, Joe’s health declined further, and he moved to Minnesota to be near them. Over the next two years, they had the pleasure of reconnecting, sharing memories, and sharing a great cheeseburger or two. He is survived by his three sons, six grandchildren, and his sister, Pam. Preceded in death by his parents, and sister, Joy.
