In the Beginning … What you don’t know can actually be helpful. All of us have had experiences with a know-it-all. Typically they do not know it all, and we would prefer not to be around them if we can help it. One of the worst mistakes we can make as safety leaders is to try to fake it when we do not know an answer. The workers you are dealing with will either sense right away that you are flying blind or they will find out soon enough. It only takes one or two such instances for word to get around that you cannot be trusted. Avoid this at all costs. MZEE JONATHAN SIMATWAMzee Jonathan simatwa was a sweet patriarch and mentor to many.he will be remembered for his devotion and service to the church generosity,love and fatherhood to all,he will was also a great farmer who willingly shared his produce with the needy.his kindness and magnanimity knew no bounds.he educated and raised many.he never held grudges and always advocated for unconditional forgiveness, peace,love and unity of purpose among his family and friends. Jonathan passed away on August 31, 2020 while undergoing treatment at lugulu mission hospital. He will be laid to rest on august 5, 2020 at his home in lugari,lwandeti,mabuye sub location.we *Evans WAMBULWA Charles WAMBULWA Silas WAMBULWA, Benjamin WAMBULWA, Derrick MAKOKHA, and other grandchildren* wish to convey our tributes-wishers for the financial,spiritual and emotional support offered to us during the ailment, demise and interment of our beloved grandpa.We are greatly indebted to doctors and nurses at lugulu mission hospital, Eldoret,Webuye. having rendered the best medical services to grandpa.We highly thank God for the time he.
