Jeffery Wayne Boyd

Jeffery Wayne Boyd, 58, of Williamstown passed away September 17, 2018 at his residence following an extended illness surrounded by his family and the assistance Housecall's Hospice He was born on August 4, 1960 in Cadiz, KY. Jeff was a veteran of the US Army, serving overseas. He spent part of his youth driving trucks and traveling the country. Jeff will be remembered for his love of Fox News, being an avid supporter of Donald Trump and extreme disgust for the Williamstown Feral Cat Society, all of his pranks and being a squirrel whisperer. He was known for his ability to make everyone laugh, usually by doing something completely inappropriate. He kept his wit even in the ICU, harassing all the nurses. His dying wish is to find a nice young professional woman for his son Cody, who he wants everyone to know is a firefighter. Jeffery is survived by his life partner Julie Edge, his children Casey Shea (Eric), Cody Boyd, Talia Edge (Joseph Atkinson), and Tiernen Edge, grandsons Tyler, Wyatt, Gabe, & Thad, sisters Dorothy (Sam) Jones & Eunice Thomas, brother Herschel Boyd, and his Norwood family. At Jeff's request there will be no funeral service. A celebration of his life will be held at the Norwood Tavern September 19th at 6:00 pm.
