Javier Trujillo

Javier "Javi" Trujillo, 26, of Questa passed away unexpectedly on October 09, 2005. He was a 1997 graduate of Questa High School where he excelled in athletics. His hobbies included playing on the Taos Town Basketball League, hunting and fishing. He was a member of the Peregrinos. He is especially remembered for his love of children and his respect for his elders. Javi was known for bringing laughter to his family and friends. He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Elisa E. Enriquez. He is survived by his parents, Victor & Arlene Trujillo, brothers and sister, Capt. Victor Trujillo II, U.S. Army, Raymundo J. Trujillo and Joanna Trujillo all of Questa. He is also survived by grandparents, Antonio H. Enriquez of Mesilla, Norberto & Delia Trujillo of Las Cruces, aunts and uncles, Casilda Provencio, Mariano Trujillo (Charlene), Mary Jane Ortega (Enrique), Nancy Archuleta (Danny), Richard Enriquez (Linda), many cousins, other relatives and friends. Rosaries was recited October 13, 2005 at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Questa and on October 14, 2005 at Baca's Funeral Home in Las Cruces. Funeral mass was held on October 15, 2005 at San Albino Catholic Church in Mesilla with interment to follow at Hillcrest Cemetery. Arrangements by Rivera-Hanlon Funeral Home.
