Janice Fern Parsons

Janice Fern Parsons, 77, of Washington died March 14, 2019 at her residence in under the loving care of her family and Housecalls Hospice. She was born on November 27, 1941 in Wayne, WV, the daughter of the late Elzie Lee and Ada Bradshaw Adkins. Janice is survived by her three children Michael Parsons (Gerry) of Vienna, Brenda Montgomery of Parkersburg, Teena Toothman (Tim) of Washington, nine grandchildren Heather, Jessica, Bryan, Whitney, Amanda, Brittany, Ashley, Kezia, Keeley, twenty three great grandchildren, brothers and sisters Jo Ellen Mills, Ernestine Brown, Linda Scheu (Ken), Charlene Paulsen, Keith Adkins (Sandy) and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Walter Delano Parsons, son Mark Anthony Parsons brothers Lee and Cedric and sister Vada.
