They were two special people. I was so glad l got to spend time with them at the Pancake Supper at Pilot Community Center. I never seen them unless they had a smile own their face. Love you Elsa and Randy

Mr. Yates would literally hop off his bus to greet one of his special ed students in the afternoons. She lovingly nicknamed him bunny rabbit and bunny hopper because he was so enthusiastic when he greeted her! Another special ed student, a very underprivileged young man, said to me, "Mr. Yates is having a pizza party for us on his bus. His "job" of getting special ed students safety to school, back, and home again was a beautiful labor of love. He showed kindness, and the love of God! Great is his reward in heaven for helping so many people on earth!

Benny & I were neighbors with Pat & Howard back in the 70's. Benny was great friends with Pat's brother, David. Pat's mom Willa Dean & I car pooled with Gloria many years ago. They were all very special to me. Through the years we always stayed in touch and were so inspired by Howard & Pat's love of God, family, & community. We went to the same church for many years at Pilot & Oak Grove. Howard's smile when he talked about God or sang in church was infectious! Pat's loving & humble attitude inspired you to be more christlike. They both were truly a blessing in our lives & we will miss them so much. We will take comfort in knowing they are in heaven with Jesus and the angels! Love & prayers for all their family!
