Fay Evelyn Ballard, "Nana"

Fay "Nana" Ballard (Lane) was born October 1,1933 in McClain, Oklahoma. She departed this life on May 20, 2011 at the age of 78. Fay lived in Omaha, Nebraska where she shared her life alongside her true love, Don Blazek, for 50 years. She enjoyed watching church services, making the kids laugh, and collecting photos of her loved ones. Spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren truly lit up her world. She will be deeply missed by all those that had the opportunity to know and love her. 

Fay was preceded in death by her sisters Mable E. Eidschun (Lane), Gladys Pearl Decker (Lane), and Martha Ellen Barkley (Lane). She is survived by her two daughters and son; many beloved grandchildren and great grandchildren. Burial of ashes and graveside service is scheduled for 1pm on May 24, 2011 at Westlawn Cemetery in Omaha.
