Eva was not only a wonderful sister-in-law but a sister to me in a very special way. I was married to her brother Mike and she accepted me and my children into the fold of her family with open arms. She taught this Gringa how to make Spanish Rice the way she made it at her Adobe Diner. I still follow her instructions with that receipe to this day. I live in Port Orchard, WA now but not a day will go by without remembering the special bond she and Mike shared and how welcoming to me and mine she always way. I love you Sis.
