It is with heavy hearts and deep sadness that we announce the passing of our dear friend, Erik. He departed from this world on July 21, 2023, leaving behind a legacy of love, faith, and devotion that will forever be etched in our hearts.

Erik was a man of unwavering faith, a devout Christian whose belief in God guided every aspect of his life. He walked the path of righteousness and embodied the values of compassion, kindness, and forgiveness. His faith was a beacon of hope for those around him, and he always lent a listening ear and a helping hand to anyone in need.

As a husband, Erik exemplified the true essence of love and commitment. He shared a profound bond with his beloved wife Florence, a partnership built on trust, respect, and mutual support. Their love was a testament to the power of enduring devotion and stood as an inspiration to all who knew them.

Erik's role as a father was equally remarkable. He poured his heart and soul into nurturing and guiding his children David and Jonathan, instilling in them the same values he held dear. He was a pillar of strength, always present to offer advice, encouragement, and unconditional love. His children were his pride and joy, and he celebrated each milestone in their lives with pride.

Beyond his roles as a husband and father, Erik was a cherished friend to many. His warmth, sense of humor, and infectious smile brightened the lives of those around him. He had an incredible ability to make everyone feel valued and cared for, forging deep and lasting connections that transcended time and distance.

A memorial service to honor Erik's life will be held in September and the location will be shared soon. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made for his son's education in Erik's name on GoFundMe.
