OBITUARY
Mr. Edward Hooks Bowe was born in Brooklyn, New York on February 15, 1971 to the late Allan & S. Elizabeth Bowe. Edward lived the majority of his life in Queens Village, New York where he attended his older brothers Allan & Kevin’s high school, Brooklyn Technical High School graduating with an almost 4.0 GPA average. He was then accepted and graduated from Purchase University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts and Minor in Sociology in 1994. Immediately following his graduation Edward and his mom went to Las Vegas to celebrate. When he returned he landed a job from his beloved Ms. Williams at Ferguson Plumbing company A.K.A Blackman Plumbing in Queens, N.Y..
Edward loved his job lifting boxes, moving equipment, and he had pride in his work on the forklift, however most of his pride was for the people he worked with. On Oct. 6th, 2019 for his outstanding service he received an award for his 25 year accomplishment as their employee. Edward was not a fussy man, and didn’t ask for much. His loves were his job, his family, his friends and his GAMES! He loved football, college basketball, all video games on every system, and Dungeons & Dragons. Edward chose to leave his legacy in his own way. Creating and amassing a youtube channel with 2000+ videos talking about and playing the videos he loved. Edward and one of his best friends Scott were both Dungeon Masters for all their games with their friends and family that played. Edward was also an amazing artist and extremely talented writer. Being a content creator was something he loved to do. In 2019 he moved in with his brother Kevin and Sister ( Sister in law ) T’rah until his passing. As Edward moves on through the layers, plains and frequencies of existence to meet his creator he leaves behind his loved ones, brother Kevin C. Bowe, T’rah his Sister in Law, Aunt Flora Peyton, and many, many cousins and friends to mourn.

I truly love Ed like my brother. We are brothers! The original P51 crew housemate from college! I would always work on the weekends in New York City and come back home to the apartment to hear epic tales of great and sometimes perilous adventures that my roommates had over the weekend while I was gone. I’ll never forget the infamous blood brothers story, both funny and ridiculous at the same time. One night all the guys in the house got tipsy over the weekend and decided they want to become blood brothers, So they each take turns Cutting the palms of the hands and then doing a blood brother handshake, but when they get to Ed, they accidentally cut him a little too deep in the palm of his hand, so they ended up cauterizing a knife on the electric stove to try to seal it shut, but that just made it worse so they ended up at the emergency room with Ed. When the doctors came in and looked at his hand, all of the roommates had to recount the events of the evening and how that happened to Ed. The doctor promptly replied by calling all of the rest of the roommates idiots and explained that besides the bottom of your feet, the palm of your hand skin is completely different than the rest of your body and cant or shouldn’t be cauterized and had to proceed to re-open the cut and then stitch him up properly. He was always a trooper and always there as an essential part of our crew, comical, Knowledgeable about so many subjects, Awkwardly shy sometimes, but such a genuine good hearted man and friend. I will miss you so much Ed and our many adventures. See you on the other side my friend.

We love you Edward
