Uncle Dave, AKA killa was always there for me when I needed him most. The most important time in my life when he was there was for me when I lost my daughter. My Uncle showed compassion in and I cherish him for that.

Dave was a special man. I have many memories of him, but something that really sticks out is how he used to always tell those of us that played basketball that he was going to come to the courts to play with us. I always wanted to see him on the courts. Dave would talk some good trash but he’d never show up. Now, the basketball court was only like a minute or two walk away. After many attempts to get him out there I learned Dave was just a good talker. And, if you know Dave, you know that was a gift of his. Extremely grateful I had an opportunity to spend some of my life around Dave. He was a special man, and I know my Sister loved her Dad in a special way. Rest easy Dave!!!
