Dear Dale, " you taught us patience in every season and left us with memories, that will never fade.:

We have so many memories of you.  The many fishing trips you and Todd have taken to the boundary waters.  Catching illegal fish, which you sat on while the conversation officer checked out your camping area.  

Hunting stories when we lived in McGrath, I remember when we were hiding a illegal female deer in the barn and you went out and visited with the conservation officer.  You convinced him that we did not have any deer hanging in the barn.  The young man that you were covering up for was forever grateful to you.  The 100's of hunting stories of when you and Todd hunted in Wyoming.  

We traveled many miles across the United States.  One trip I remember was in 1988 when we took our motorhome and pulled you favorite small Ford Pick-up to the west coast.  We had stopped and visited with Don and Max and then traveled unto Washingon to visit with George and Chris.  We were headed to a trip along Highway 1 starting in Oregon and down to California.  One of favorite sights to see was the unending horizon of the Pacific Ocean.  The only thing you wanted to do was drive your fancy little pick up truck around and around in circles in the sandy shore of the Pacific Ocean.  We walked along the rugged coast line and never forgot this trip. I have a few pictures of you on the coast.  As we traveled along Highway 1 we stopped to see the beautiful redwood Forest.  You were so impressed with the large trees.
