Boyd A Nye

Boyd A. Nye, 54, Hicksville, Ohio passed away on August 2, 2023. Boyd was born August 12, 1968, to Thomas B. Nye and Vicki (Mattin). He was preceded in death by his parents Thomas Nye, Vicki (Mattin) and Grandparents Virgil (Virgina Bannister) Nye, Robert E. (Peggy J. Todd) Mattin and younger brother Todd Nye. And step sister Jen Calron (MO.) He is survived by his wife of 32 years Patricia Nye (Hicksville), Children Austin Nye (Monclova), Mark, Aaron and Breanna Nye (Hicksville.) His brothers Thomas (Trudy) Nye (Whitehouse), Erin Nye (Grove City, Ohio), Step mother Linda Nye (WV), Step siblings Chanda (Ted) Nyitray (WV), George (Christina) Pryor III (MO), Skyler Stearns (Portage), Rebecca (Bryan) Conrad (LA), Kayte Stearns (LA) and a adopted friend/brother Steve (Nicole) Beisheim (Hicksville). He has many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Boyd was a 1987 graduate of Bowling Green High School. Boyd unfortunately became disabled in 2012, but he enjoyed his family, camping, Nascar, cars and was an avid movie watcher. Boyd’s final act was to give the gift of life through organ donations. A celebration of life will be planned for the near future.
