It is with deep sorrow that we announce the unexpected passing of Sean Patrick Craddock Sr, 54, who departed this life on July 27, 2026 in Clinton Township, MI. He was born on July 7, 1972 in Detroit, MI, the youngest sibling of 10 brothers and sisters and was a cherished son, brother, and father. Sean lived a life enriched by family, friendship, and a genuine passion for the simple joys of life.

Sean graduated from East Detroit High School and dedicated much of his life to his work as a forklift operator at American Axle. His strong work ethic was matched only by his love for life and the people around him. Sean's laughter and warmth lightened every room he entered, he was known for his ability to bring a smile to coworkers and friends alike. Those who knew him best will remember his honesty, kindness, and infectious sense of humor which left a lasting impact on all who had the privilege to know him.

Sean is survived by his son, Sean Craddock Jr; Brothers and sisters Gregg (Marie) Sadowski, Lynn Sadowski, John (Linda) Sadowski, Jann (John) Deehan, Dawn Freeman, Kelley Craddock, and Colleen (Chris) Russo. He was preceded in death by his son Shane Craddock, his parents Gerald and Norma (Fetterman) Craddock, his sister Jill Johnson and his brother Gary Sadowski.

Sean had a passion for collecting baseball and sports cards and always cheered for Detroit teams. He cherished family gatherings, especially turkey dinners and enjoyed the occasional mayonnaise and cheese sandwich. He also enjoyed playing Texas Hold'em and Euchre, where his competitive spirit and love for friendly rivalry thrived.

As we remember Sean, we celebrate a life that was as generous as it was vibrant. He will be profoundly missed by all who were fortunate enough to know him. In honor of his memory, we invite those who loved him to gather and share stories of his kindness and humor in the days to come. May he rest in peace and be surrounded by the love of those who departed before him.
