Louise Crookes

Visitation: Louise Crookes, 87, of Lorimor, Iowa died Friday, February 25, 2005 at Winterset Care Center North in Winterset. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a brother Buddy Allen and a sister Mickie Barker. Louise was born June 30, 1917 in Waldron, Arkansas, the daughter of Lloyd and Della (Johnson) Allen. She married Frank Crookes on March 20, 1959 in Las Vegas, Nevada. She lived in California most of her married life and resided in Lorimor for 5 years. Louise is survived by her two daughters, Wanda Dahl and husband, Maurice of Mancos, Colorado and Linda Crispin and husband, Ron of Lorimor, Iowa; 4 grandchildren, Craig Miser, Roneca Crispin, Rena Crispin and William DeWayne Crispin; 7 great grandchildren, David Folk, Andrew Folk, Joshua Crispin, Ashley Crispin, Justin Crispin, Courtney Miser, and Clayton Miser.
