Janice R Slinde

Janice Recker Slinde, 89 of Taos passed away May 10, 2012. Jay Slinde was born in Indianapolis and lived in Taos for 45 years and was well known for her love of New Mexico, its arts and style. She was the widow of the late Lt. Colonel John H. Slinde, M.S. Air Force retired. She is survived by two sons, Philip H. Slinde of Taos (Mechele) and Alexander R. Slinde of Ellettsville, Indiana, grandchildren, Aeria Cole (Rod), Miles H. and Max D. Slinde, four great-grandchildren, brother, Alec Nesbitt (Brenda), sister, Diana Recker, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
