Idela C. Romero

Biografía

Idela C. Romero, 79, of Questa, passed away peacefully at home on June 8, 2009 after a lengthy illness. She was a loving, patient and caring wife, mother and grandmother. She had a great faith in Our Lord Jesus that sustained her throughout her illness. She is preceded in death by son, Manuel A. Romero, Jr. She is survived by her husband, Manuel A. Romero, Sr., children, Samuel Romero (Gloria), Sally Gonzales (Ben), Vicky Medina (Jesse), Paula Trujillo (Andres) all of Questa, Emelinda Medina (Ricardo) of San Cristobal, Della Mae Caraveo (Victor) of Rio Rancho and Jose Romero (Lynette) of Albuquerque, daughter-in-law, Marsha Romero of Questa and sister, Mary Baxter of Utah. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.

Rosaries will be recited on Tuesday, June 9, 2009 at 7 PM at Rivera Chapel and on Wednesday, June 10, 2009 at 7 PM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Cerro. Funeral mass will be held on Thursday, June 11, 2009 at 10 AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in Cerro with interment to follow at the Cerro Cemetery.
