Adrian Lee Ramirez

Adrian Lee Ramirez, the stillborn son of Daniel and Cortni (Kirk) Ramirez, was born December 3, 2016, at the Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines. Adrian was delivered by Dr. Munro at 3:53 a.m. He weighed 1 lb 6.5 oz and was 12.5” long.

A memorial gathering with family present to receive friends will be held from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 7, at Ochiltree Funeral Service in Winterset.
